Hale Ahsen BABAR

Hale Ahsen Babar was born in 2000 in Istanbul. She continues her undergraduate education in Üsküdar University Molecular Biology and Genetics Department and Bioengineering Department. She took part in many organized and social activities as a volunteer since her prep class. She served as a future councilor on the Science of the Future platform for 3 years. She took part in GBF’18, GBF’19 and GBF’20 organized team. She is also a board member of Üsküdar University Molecular Biology and Genetics Club and chairman of Üsküdar University Archery Club. She is part of the author and organizing team of Purple Science Magazine on the Science Ambassadors Platform and works as Science Ambassador. It is a founding member of the Giemsa.net platform, which started broadcasting in April 2020 and aims to produce scientific content. She is currently the co-founder of the International Rare Diseases Genetic Therapy Competition and the CRISPR VALLEY platform, the HiDNA initiative. She works on genetic treatments as the R&D officer of Üsküdar University – TRGENMER (Transgenic Cell Technologies and Epigenetics Application and Research Center).
