İlayda ÇAVRAR

İlayda Çavrar was born in Istanbul in 1999. She attended high school at Acıbadem Doğa College and currently continues her undergraduate education in the department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Üsküdar University. She organizes many projects and activities related to his department and related fields. In 2019, she founded Üsküdar University Molecular Biology and Genetics club and continues as vice president. She is a founding-editor in a popular science journal called SYMBIOSIS in 2021. In its journals, it primarily covers every branch of science, and then issues such as social responsibility. She works as a co-founder in a company founded under the name HiDNA under the leadership of Dr. Cihan Taştan. Under this company, RaDiChal conducts the global intercollegiate rare diseases genetic treatment project competition and the CRISPR VALLEY platform. Currently, she works on genetic therapies as a research and development officer in the Trgenmer Laboratory of Üsküdar University. Her project to make antibiotic-resistant Escherichia Coli bacteria without resistance with CRISPR has received support from TUBITAK 2209 and continues the work of her project.
